Offer yourself a moment to slow down, to breath out and to let go of what no longer serves you as you truly connect with yourself.

During one hour, the harmonic sounds of the Singing Bowls and the cosmic tones of the Gong will take us into a beautiful inner journey, relaxing deeply and revitalizing our whole body, mind and soul. They will balance and harmonise our entire being, favoring our connection to our own inner wisdom and promoting new positive thoughts and feelings, inspiration, joy, creativity and inner peace.

After the journey, we will offer you a cup of delicious dairy free Chaï that will warm up and support your organism by this fresh Autumn weather. You will be free to take the time to enjoy it slowly, as you come back to the here and now and share your feelings and experiences with the group if you wish to do so.
