When ?
The Opening Ceremony Meditative Sound Bath will be given the Friday 14th from 17h to 18h.

The Night Market will take place the 14th, 15th and 16th of July 2023, from 18h to midnight.

Where ?
At the magical A Ponte - Secret Garden (Ponte das Três Entradas).

What is the price ?
The entrance of the Festival and the access to the Night Market are free.

The participation to the Sound Bath is 10 € / person (please, book your spot in advance).
THE MEDITATIVE SOUND BATH
Offer yourself a moment to slow down, to breath out and to truly connect with yourself.

During one hour, the harmonic sounds of the Singing Bowls and the cosmic tones of the Gong will take us into a beautiful inner journey, relaxing deeply and revitalizing our whole body, mind and soul. They will balance and harmonise our entire being, favoring our connection to our own inner wisdom and promoting new positive thoughts and feelings, inspiration, joy, creativity and inner peace.

About our Sound Therapist
​
Gábor Omodi is a certified Peter Hess Sound Therapist who graduated from the Peter Hess Academy.
The Peter Hess method, in which he was trained, was inspired by ancient knowledge from Nepal, Tibet and India, but it is also a scientifically proven method of Sound Therapy based on 30 years of research.
​
Gábor already collaborated to a large number of retreats and workshops, in both wellness and therapeutic context.
THE NIGHT MARKET
The herbal preparations you will find on our stall at the Night Market are all artisanally-made by us, with plants from our own medicinal garden, cultivated organically with love and harvested counsciously.
From the seed to the finish product, we give profound attention to every step of the process in order to offer you the highest quality !
