1. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present conditions are concluded between Blooming Life and the Customer wishing to place an order via the website. Any order of a product appearing in the online shop www.bloominglife.pt supposes consultation and prior acceptance of the present general terms and conditions of sale.
2. Changing Conditions
Blooming Life reserves the right to modify freely and at any time the terms and conditions in order to adjust them to the applicable law, without any notice.
Blooming Life reserves also the right to unilaterally modify at any time without notice, presentation and website content about products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. These changes will serve to an improvement of the website, while improving the services offered to the User.
Despite all the willing attention in the preparation of website content, information, text, graphics documents and / or other services may contain errors or be incomplete. In these situations, Blooming Life shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website, including damage caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information.
3. Trade Policy
The atmosphere in the online store and the available products are independent of the physical market stalls & resellers of Blooming Life, with its own conditions regarding product, price, promotional gifts, promotional campaigns, etc. Thus, all issues and matters relating to purchases made at the online store should be treated exclusively by the means indicated in these Conditions.
Every order placed by the customer is made under reservation of ownership, so the products are the property of Blooming Life, until effective and full payment of the amount due.

Blooming Life presents open-source information on the essential characteristics and benefits of products and their ingredients.The informations Blooming Life presents are not intended to be a substitute for medical advice from a physician regarding medical problems, including diagnosis, treatment, cure of diseases or other physical or mental ailments, etc. It is therefore not the intention of Blooming Life to make diagnoses or prescriptions, and we formally decline any responsibility whatsoever in cases of self-prescription without the prior authorisation of a doctor.
The images and photographs of products try to be as reliable as possible, but the Customer shall consider that there might be differences in color, shape of appearance / manner, which could also be due to the monitor and the web browser used. Therefore, we recommend that you read carefully all detailed information of the product, in order to make sure of it properly at the time of purchase.
The offers presented are only valid within the limits of available stocks. Blooming Life reserves the right to modify the assortment of products according to the constraints linked to the raw materials used.

5. Prices
The prices indicated in the online store are presented in euros (VAT included). The shipping costs are due to the Customer and added to the total value of the selected products. The Customer will be informed of these charges before confirming the order and complete the purchase process.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer must pay customs duties or other taxes due on the importation of the products into the country of delivery. The related formalities are also the exclusive responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise indicated. The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the possibility of importing the ordered products with regard to the laws of the country of delivery.
Blooming Life reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, it undertakes to apply the rates and prices in the time of the purchase order.
In the event of computer error, manual, technical or any other source, which causes a substantial change not provided by Blooming Life in the selling price to the public, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.
6. Purchase Process
To make a purchase order, the Customer must access www.bloominglife.pt and enter the items that he wishes to purchase to the basket. Shipping costs are billed for each order, and presented before the order confirmation. Once the selection process completed, the Customer should review his order, check that it is conform and proceed to payment, thereby confirming the order.
In the checkout process, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary data (surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) are given correctly and completely, because only in this way Blooming Life can ensure the acceptance of the order and subsequent delivery. Blooming Life shall not be held responsible for any errors made by the client, nor for the consequences in terms of delay or error of delivery. Thus, if the delivery cannot take place because of an error in the client's data entry, the client shall be responsible for the costs of re-shipment. In this case, the customer shall refrain from making any claim due to the delivery time.
7. Payment
In the online store, the accepted payment methods are PayPal, Visa and Master Card. No banking information concerning the Customer passes through the online site www.bloominglife.pt and all payments are therefore completely secure. In case the Customer chooses the local pickup as delivery method, he also has the possibility to pay by cash directly to Blooming Life.
The Customer must pay the exact amount specified in the confirmation of each order, and must do so using only the above-described methods of payment. If he attempts to use another unplanned mode of payment, Blooming Life shall not be liable for the loss of payment.
8. Confirmation or Cancellation
After making his purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email to confirm the transaction. The order will be processed only after confirmation of the respective payment. In case of non-payment, Blooming Life reserves the right to not accept the Customer’s order, or cancel it, even after the automatic confirmation.
Blooming Life reserves the right not to confirm and / or to deliver the ordered products, regardless of the reason and disclaims liability for any damages or costs, if:

There is any unforeseeable event or change in the current circumstances that may affect the production, transportation and their costs, or cause abnormal rises in raw materials prices;

In any of these cases, Blooming Life informs the customer by e-mail about the sale confirmation impossibility and the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the items.
7. Delivery
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Blooming Life commits itself to send an order with articles in stock within 5 working days following the reception and the collection of the payment. National and international packages are both provided with a tracking number.
At the time of delivery, you must check / inspect the packaging and products shipped in order to ascertain their condition or damage. If you notice any nonconformity or damage to the products, you have a responsibility to alert the technician, referring to the damage in the document delivery and inform Blooming Life.
In the event of delay for reasons of force majeure, non-compliance of the logistic partner or customer, Blooming Life is committed to inform the customer on the process and make the best efforts to quickly solve the situation.

8. Returns Policy
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exchange or request a refund for an item new and unused that does not suit him. All returns must be notified in advance by email to Blooming Life (bloominglife.contact@gmail.com). The return will be made at the expense of the Customer, in its original packaging and packing, exclusively by shipping with tracking number. Items returned incomplete, damaged, used or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. If the above-mentioned conditions are fulfilled, Blooming Life will reimburse the buyer the price of the article. However, Blooming Life will be unable to refund the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs, which are to be paid by the client. Once Blooming Life receive and process the package, refunds will be made as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days.
