Playing with Sounds and Vibrations, the Singing Bowls Universe !
What will we do ?
The children will be invited to try and experience the Singing Bowls and Gong by themselves. They will discover, through various amusing sound games and experiments, that sound is a vibration and that it is transmitted through the air, the water and through our own body.
We will listen to how it feels and explore our inner experience in a playful and joyful way.
Finally, we will conclude the workshop by a short yet deeply relaxing imaginary sound journey !
What will the children learn ?
Through these activities we will learn what are the Singing Bowls, where they come from and what is their purpose, as well as very basic elements of physics. But we will also develop our mindfulness, our sensory and body perception, our ability to express our emotional and physical feelings, our capacity to relax, our imagination and our joy of life !
Practical informations

In order to propose to the children games, experiences and learnings adapted to their age, we are offering two different versions of this workshop. ​
The first one is designed for children between 4 and 7 years old. The second one is made for children between 7 and 12 years old.
Duration and Price

4 to 7 years old : ± 1h30 - 10 €/child (min. 5 and max. 15 participants )
7 to 12 years old : ± 2h - 12 €/child (min. 5 and max. 11 participants )

In our beautiful Harmony Room, located in Póvoa de Midões (max. 6 children), at your school or at your home (an additional cost may be applicable depending on your location).
