BOOK YOUR SOUND BATH

During a Sound Bath, you can lay down with closed eyes, or sit in a meditation position, as the harmonic sounds of the Singing Bowls and the Gong are filling up the space, bringing you into a beautiful inner journey.

Sound Baths are designed for deep relaxation and revitalization of the whole body, the mind and the soul. They balance and harmonise our entire being, favoring our connection to our own inner wisdom and promoting new positive thoughts and feelings, inspiration, joy, creativity and inner peace.

Duration

A complete Sound Bath lasts about 60 minutes and is composed of three stages.

First, you will be welcomed and invited to install yourself comfortably, to relax and to focus on your intention if you have one. Then, once everyone will be ready to embark on the journey, the Sound Bath itself will be taking place. Finally, the last half an hour will offer you the necessary time to come back to the here and now and share your feelings and experiences with the group if you wish to do so.
